In this project, the Groom took it a step further by choosing wooden speakers, which added a natural, warm look that pairs perfectly with laser engraving.

Custom Design That Tells a Story

The Groom provided a custom wedding graphic/logo that was being used throughout the wedding. This logo became the centerpiece of the engraving on each speaker.

In addition to the logo, each speaker included:

• The groomsman’s name
• The wedding date

This combination created a cohesive design that connected the gift directly to the wedding while still making each piece personal to the recipient.

Before engraving, I carefully prepared the design to ensure proper sizing, spacing, and alignment on the top surface of the speakers. The goal is always to make the engraving feel balanced and intentional, not crowded or oversized.

Why Laser Engraving Works So Well on Wood

Wood is one of the best materials for laser engraving because it provides natural contrast. When engraved, the laser burns into the surface, creating darker tones that stand out against the lighter wood grain.

Unlike printed designs or decals, laser engraving won’t peel or fade over time. This ensures the names, logo, and date remain intact for years to come.
